Die Kulinarische Weltreise Ebenfurth bietet zum einen zugewanderten Ebenfurther BürgerInnen im Rahmen gemeinsamen Kochens einmal im Monat Speisen aus ihren Herkunftsländern zu präsentieren, zum andern haben die „Einheimischen“ die Möglichkeit diese kennenzulernen. Neben diesen kulinarischen Intentionen stehen der Dialog und der ungezwungene Austausch über Verbindendes und Trennendes im Vordergrund.

Das Kind wächst auf in einer großen Familie und das ist ein großer Wert, den ihre Mütter bisher nicht kannten. Aus der ökonomischen Sicht ist diese Erziehung wesentlich billiger als eine institutionelle Erziehung.
