Charity Ostrava: Interconnection of services for elderly and sick people in need (Tschechien)

The project is unique in that it caters to patients and clients who have both thrown in their home environment and in the hospice. Users can pass seamlessly into the care of other services, according to their needs. They are available to all regardless of race, nationality, status and religion, and all are under one roof in the Hospice of St. Lucas in Ostrava.
