It is a complex harm reduction program that based on the community and has more levels. The program contains the following elements: harm reduction, training, drug trash collecting, cleaning, social work on the streets, communal social work, „Plaza Program“, procreating a communal park. The target audience: drug users, prostitutes, roma people and endangered teenagers who are cruising on the streets and in the shopping mall.
