My Voice, My Choice:

20 million women in the EU do not have access to safe abortion. This not only poses a risk to women's physical health but also imposes an unjust economic and mental burden.To change this, we decided to organize the groundbreaking European Citizens' Initiative. Our goal is to collect 1 million signatures and push for the adoption of European legislation that would guarantee safe access to abortion for every woman in Europe who currently lacks access to safe and legal abortion services.This marks the first use of the EU's only direct democracy mechanism to advance fundamental reproductive rights.
