Netzwerk AsylAnwält*innen (NWAA)

The aim of the project is to support asylum seekers/persons entitled to protection in supreme court proceedings and to obtain fundamental case law for this target group. The NWAA provides refugees with legal representation by specialised and experienced lawyers in cases that are particularly worthy of representation from a humanitarian or legal perspective. In numerous cases, we obtain individual justice for particularly vulnerable refugees and clarification of important legal issues clarification of important legal issues and, time and again, the repeal of unfavourable laws.
