Transition

For adolescents in social pedagogical group homes, reaching 18 years of age marks an arbitrary formal limit. Transition is the first project in Austria that allows adolescents with complex psychiatric diagnoses to live in the same place and be supported by a consistent relationship network from the age of 16 to the age of 25.
