Integration through collaborative action: sowing, planting, harvesting, cooking, eating, building, sewing, discussing, learning, helping, trying out, explaining, making progress, integrating. Many pay a visit, again and again. Some take over a tree sponsorship. And something new is always added. An innovative process. School classes learn, for example, in the “vegetable field demo”. The collaboration in the project is a “rope to hold on to”, says a displaced person, “I see how the people live here”. The focus is on respectful curiosity and meaningful employment. That is good for everyone. Since idleness paralyses. Not just the asylum seekers.
