Worum geht es?

Enprojekt is the Airbnb of helping expert area in a social entreprise. We help people to find the best area of solutions as a traffic light: red programs if you struggling with past, yellows for pathfinders and greens for personal development in career and personal issues. With a team of 100 prescreened psychologist, coaches or advisors we workin 80 topics. We only work with pre-screened experts who are willing to help people in need 1x a week for free, in exchange for the opportunity to offer their paid hours.

Herausforderung

Cases requiring a clinical psychologist or psychiatrist is on the rise. Likewise, the number of people in need, unable to afford clinical assistance for their mental health issues are also increasing.

Idee

Instead of the usual collective database of mental health professionals, Enprojekt.hu (Meproject) has created a community where experts can contribute to a collaborative volunteer programme with measurable social impacts. The project has provided a reference point between different psychological fields often difficult to choose from without background knowledge (e.g. psychotherapy/coaching/counselling).

Akteur*innen

A team of 100 pre-screened volunteer experts make up the project. These experts are asked for an active/inactive status every 3 months and in order to continually increase the offerings, the team grows by fifty percent yearly.

Wirkung

The project seeks to demonstrate that "It's okay to ask for help". In this way Enprojekt.hu can act more directly with those in need. This, in turn, increases the number of people who seek timely help. The project also improves the unemployment rate and strengthens inter-professional cooperation among mental health professionals.

Transfer

Enprojekt.hu can be built into an internationally scalable social enterprise. Currently, 5-10% of applications to the project come from abroad. Moreover, the online nature of the program allows the project to expand regionally and internationally.
