The project represents a pathway for addressing the crisis caused by the arrival of Ukrainian children in Bratislava. Its innovation lies in creating a systematic form of support that had not existed before. It included networking with the city, analytical studies, direct psychosocial support in schools, and building a comprehensive care system for children at risk of PTSD (counselling, screening, therapeutic support, language and cultural support within the school system). The process developed gradually, from analyses to integrating Ukrainian experts and creating inclusive know‑how for all.
