MachMit – Generating energy savings

A free energy check can help people make savings and live a more ecological lifestyle: inhabitants of the pumping station are being trained by experienced energy consultants to become certified energy checkers who can provide tips to their neighbours. Since this is bound to be easier in their mother tongue language, the energy checks are carried out in Arabic, Turkish, Serbian and German. The thermal refurbishment of the building is also being made more efficient. A transfer of the concept to other social buildings is very easy.
