Project is about development, implementation and evaluation of first model of resettlement program for homeless people in Slovenia. It also aims toward developing more comprehensive and coordinated policies in this field. It is based on „housing first” approach in which the adequate and safe housing is the base for improvement the quality of human life and consequently achieving certain desired changes in the life of an individual.
