Server logs
The IP address of the requesting computer, as well as the date, the time, the request, which file has been requested (name and URL), the amount of data which has been transmitted to you, a message stating whether the request was successful, recognition data of the browser and the operating system used, as well as the website from which access was made (should the access be via a link) are stored. The server logs are stored to check system security, to technically administrate the website, as well as to be able to optimise the offer. This data – should hacking take place - will be disclosed to law enforcement authorities. There is no further disclosure to third parties. The server logs are stored for up to 14 days.

Features of the YouTube service are implemented on our website. These features are provided by YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. The integrated videos store cookies on the user’s computer when the website is visited. If you have disabled the setting of cookies for the Google advertising programme, you will not have to deal with cookies when accessing YouTube videos. However, YouTube also stores non-personal usage information in other cookies. If you want to prevent this, you must block this in the browser.

Newsletter
To register for the SozialMarie newsletter, we at least need your email address to which the newsletter is to be sent. Further information will be used to address you personally in the newsletter or to allow queries. Unruhe Privatstiftung uses the double opt-in process when sending out our newsletter. This means that Unruhe Privatstiftung will only send you a newsletter if you confirm your registration via a link that is contained in the email sent to you by SozialMarie. Unruhe Privatstiftung thereby ensures that only you personally can log into the newsletter service as the user of the specified email address. Until this has been confirmed by you, the newsletter service does not accept further registrations on the given email address. You can unsubscribe from a newsletter you have subscribed to at any time on the website or by email to sozialmarie@sozialmarie.org. The personal data is stored and used for newsletter delivery until you log out. Disclosure of the data to third parties does not take place.

Project application
