Strategic planning collective

We have created a trainer team of experienced civil society organisers, the Strategic Planning Collective, that help CSOs lead strategic planning processes. This enables organisations to strengthen their operations, to work consciously and effectively towards their goals, and to be responsive and proactive in light of current socio-political changes. The key to innovation is that strategic planning helps CSOs in an authoritarian environment to build effective, sustainable and resilient organisations that stand for democracy.
