O čom to je?
On the one hand, the service provided by the Upper Austrian initiative aims to guarantee safety in road traffic, while on the other hand, its objective is to help people who have lost mobility to regain the ability and authorisation to drive to the greatest possible extent. The anonymous examination of a person’s fitness to drive gives those concerned the chance to test their abilities in a sensible framework, taking responsibility for themselves, and without the fear of immediately losing their driving licence. This gives people confidence in their own abilities. The project also has a political aim: in the case of the target group, the project wants the psychological assessment of drivers as stipulated by the law in certain circumstances to be based on its norms and to include a compulsory special driving test.
