"Betreutes Konto" (Jam Jar Account)

The "Betreute Konto" is an offer of the Debt Councelling Office in Vienna, targeting People who have been homeless in the past or who are threatened of becoming homeless in the future. The Project exists since 2010 and its main ask it the Transaction of the monthly payment for rent and electricity to secure housing.
